We bake, slice and pack our cookies before sending via next day delivery, to ensure that you receive your cookies at their absolute best.
There is a flat postage fee of £7.50 for all orders to UK mainland addresses.
This is a 24 hour postal service, which ensures your cookies will be delivered via next day delivery. Please note this is 'next day' as of when we post, not when you place your order.
Almost every delivery will arrive the day after dispatch, in the unfortunate event of a hold up, we are unable to accept any responsibility for the late arrival of any parcel caused by delays in UPS or Royal Mails networks.

Should you not be in when your cookies arrive, as they are a fresh product, we have it arranged so that the parcel will be left outside or in a safe place. We cannot be held responsible for any weather damage or loss to your parcel.
It is your responsibility to check that all delivery information is entered correctly at the checkout, we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
